We are searching for a colleague for the following position:
Project Manager
in our Bucharest-based team.
What would you do?
You will….
…be the catalyst that ensures the project’s successful delivery
…assist the client to balance tasks across resources to optimize efficiency
…prepare the detailed project plan, define milestones, and drive the projects forward
…track the work packages and the progress
…coordinate, prioritize and organize work within projects
…mediate and help foster communication between different teams
…coordinates information flow within projects
…identify risks for the project and pro-actively find solutions that allows the team to stay on track
…effectively communicate across functional areas and to executive management on project progress, issues and risks
… pragmatically apply project management techniques, skills and methodologies
…document project issues and risk logs and facilitate the resolution of issues and the mitigation of project risks
And, most of all, you will be a part of our young and dynamic team Cerinte:
If you have (requirements):
…at least 1 year experience as a Project Manager in the IT field
…very good understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle
…very good understanding of project management methods, processes and standards
…knowledge of more than 1 software development approaches/methodologies (e.g. Agile, Iterative, Waterfall etc)
…finished a technical University (Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics etc)
…excellent MS Office skills
…excellent communication skills
…have a keen eye for detail and accuracy
…able to work independently, highly (self-) motivation
…relationship building skills
…excellent English (speak, write, read)
…willingness to learn
Would be a plus:
...knowledge of German language
